The Knicks lose their first game of the year to the Grizzlies. I called it earlier in the day – I just felt it was going to happen because it was the back-end of a back-to-back and it was against a really good team. The Grizzlies are going to cause teams some problems this year and could be a decent threat come playoff time. The Knicks have since bounced back and won a couple in a row and are now at 8-1. Not to shabby, eh?

Have you heard what Mark Buehrle and Jose Reyes have been saying? They were LIED to. Well as bad as I feel for those guys getting traded, they have nobody to blame but themselves. They signed a contract with a team that is known for making this aggressive moves to save a ton of money. It is their own fault that they didn’t test the market even more and it is the fault of their agents for not getting their guys a no trade clause.

A lot is being said about the Marlins and their fans for next season. Many people are saying that their fans should not show up to the stadium as a form of a protest. You can’t ask a fan of a team to simply not support their team. That being said, you can still support your team from the comfort of your own home. The fans of the Marlins need to send a message to management. Plain and simple.

Hockey = White. Hot. Garbage. Yup, still going strong!

10.5 points per game and 6.6 assists a game. Would you pay $25 million over 3 years for that kind of productivity? Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to Jeremy Lin. We told you so.

The Giants and Packers will play what is without a doubt the game of the week. Both teams have had disappointing patches of the season, so it will be very interesting to see how this one turns out.

Do we REALLY have to watch the Panthers and the Eagles on Monday Night Football??? What a disgrace!

Happy THANKSGIVING and go watch a TON of football and eat as much as you can! I know I will!

That’s about all for this week! Hope your hump day is going well and that you’re on your way to an enjoyable weekend! If I missed something or if you’d like to battle it out on something you didn’t agree with feel free to leave a comment!
