The Words

Starring Bradley Cooper, Jeremy Irons, Dennis Quaid, Olivia Wilde and Zoë Saldana, the layered romantic drama The Words follows young writer Rory Jansen who finally achieves long sought after literary success after publishing the next great American novel. There’s only one catch – he didn’t write it. As the past comes back to haunt him and his literary star continues to rise, Jansen is forced to confront the steep price that must be paid for stealing another man’s work, and for placing ambition and success above life’s most fundamental three words. — (C) CBS Films

Scott’s Take

The Words looks like it has potential. I’m not quite sure what to make of it just yet.  Is it a romance? A drama? A thriller? I haven’t the slightest idea.  Considering that this is the only wide release this week, I’m sure plenty of women who can’t bear to be around college and pro football will chime in with their opinions.  Let’s Go Dolphins!

Steve’s Take

FOOTBALL!!!

Next Week

That’s all we have for this week. Next week we finally get some quality films and another Resident Evil.  We have Finding Nemo swimming his way back to theaters, this time in 3D.  Channing Tatum goes back to high school again in 10 Years. Paul Thomas Anderson is going to show you why he is The Master of filmmaking. Oh, and there is another Resident Evil movie.  Promising to be just as horrendous as the last Resident Evil, Resident Evil: Retribution hits cinemas in 3D.  Please don’t go.  The future of filmmaking depends on it.  Have a great weekend everyone and LET’S GO DOLPHINS!!
